Peiloff, LLC Privacy Statement

When you purchase something from Peiloff, LLC website we collect the personal information you provide us such as your name, home or business address and email address.  We collect this information only as part of the buying and selling process.  All information gathered is secure, private and only used with the boundaries and scope of the Peiloff, LLC seller to buyer relationship. 

When you browse our site, we automatically receive your computers internet (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable) is done with your permission which is solicited at point of check out or at your request through written or verbal contact.  Our emails are about our store, new products and updates when sent when sent outside of your direct purchase with our company.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify you credit/debit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for a specific reason only.

If we ask you for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Our store is hosted on Shopify.com.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  Your data is stored through Shopify.com data storage databases and the general Shopify.com applications.  They store data on a secure server behind a firewall.
