Welcome! Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your Peiloff order ships, plus what to do if something isn’t quite right.


SHIPPING

📅 Processing Time

All Peiloff products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to create and pack your order before it ships.

🌎 Shipping Options

  • U.S. Orders: Standard shipping via USPS 
  • Local Pickup (if applicable): Available at select events — check our schedule!
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

PLEASE NOTE:  Orders placed between June 8–12 will ship begin processing June 13. Thanks for your patience while we take a short break!

 

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Because each kit and mask is made to order, we do not accept returns for refunds at this time. 

However, if you’re not happy with the size or style you chose, you can request store credit to try something else.

📌 To request store credit:

  • Email us at peiloffcustomerservice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a photo of the unused item

 

Stencil Care + Mask Replacement Guarantee

At Peiloff, we want every paint session to feel easy and joyful. Our adhesive vinyl masks are designed to be reusable, but we know that sometimes the creative process gets a little messy—and a mask might tear.

That’s why we created our:

🩹 Mask Replacement Guarantee

If your mask tears, we’ll replace it for free—within 365 days of your purchase.

We know many of our customers like to save kits for future paint nights, family parties, or rainy-day creativity. Even if your mask tears long after your order arrives, we’re still here to help.

📌 How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at peiloffcustomerservice@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach a quick photo of the issue

That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest and send your replacement so you can get back to creating.

✨ Tip: To help your masks last longer, always peel them off slowly, store them flat between uses, and avoid folding the adhesive sides together.
