Welcome! Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your Peiloff order ships, plus what to do if something isn’t quite right.
SHIPPING
📅 Processing Time
All Peiloff products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to create and pack your order before it ships.
🌎 Shipping Options
- U.S. Orders: Standard shipping via USPS
- Local Pickup (if applicable): Available at select events — check our schedule!
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed between June 8–12 will ship begin processing June 13. Thanks for your patience while we take a short break!
RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
Because each kit and mask is made to order, we do not accept returns for refunds at this time.
However, if you’re not happy with the size or style you chose, you can request store credit to try something else.
📌 To request store credit:
- Email us at peiloffcustomerservice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the unused item
🩹 Mask Replacement Guarantee
Peiloff masks are designed be reusable—but sometimes, one may tear during use. If this happens:
✔️ We’ll send you a free replacement, no matter when you purchased.
We know many customers save kits for future events like paint nights or parties. If a mask tears while you’re using it, we’re still happy to help.
