Do you host parties?

Yes! Peiloff offers hosted paint parties where our creative team members bring everything needed for a fun, guided painting experience. We set up, lead the activity, and clean up afterward — so you can relax and enjoy the creativity.

We also offer virtual paint parties and paint party boxes for those outside our service area.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve areas in South Jersey and Southeast PA [Find if your zip code is in our service area here].

If your event is outside our service area, don’t worry — we can still ship a Paint Party Box with everything you need to host your own creative experience at home or school.

What’s included in a hosted paint party?

Each hosted party includes:

  • A Peiloff Host to guide the painting session
  • All painting supplies, including stencils, brushes, paints, and canvas
  • Setup and cleanup time (about 10 minutes each)
  • Canvas tablecloths for the duration of the paint session
  • Plastic or Reusable aprons for the duration of the event

  • A fun, beginner-friendly painting session — about 2 hours for adults or 1 hour for kids.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • 2 pop-up tents for shade or outdoor use
  • 2 six-foot folding tables
  • 8 folding chairs

These add-ons make it easy to host your event anywhere — indoors, outdoors, or even at the park.

What’s the schedule for a typical paint party?

For Adult Paint Parties (2-hour session)

  • Setup: 45–60 minutes before start time
  • Guest Arrival / Settle In: 10–15 minutes
  • Painting Session: 1 hour 45 minutes (2 hours total with intro + wrap-up)
  • Cleanup: 20–30 minutes

For Kids Parties (1-hour session)

  • Setup: 30–45 minutes
  • Painting Session: 45–60 minutes
  • Cleanup: 15–20 minutes

What age groups can participate?

We offer projects suitable for:

  • Ages (3–5)
  • Ages (6–12)
  • Teens (13-17)
  • Adults (18+)
  • Seniors (65+)

We can also design mixed-age experiences that everyone can enjoy together.

Do you supervise children?

No — a parent, teacher, or guardian must remain present and responsible for the children during the event.

Our hosts lead the creative experience but do not provide supervision or behavior management.

We recommend that guardians participate or sit nearby to encourage and assist young artists.

Can I host a paint party at home, school, or another venue?

Yes! We can bring the Peiloff experience to your home, classroom, or community space. All you need is a table, chairs, and good lighting.

Outdoor parties work great too — just make sure it’s shaded and protected from wind or rain. If you need help with setup, tents, tables, and chairs can be added to your booking for an additional fee.

What if I want to host a large group or school program?

We love group events! For school SEL programs, community events, or groups of 10+ painters, we’ll create a custom package and may bring multiple Peiloff hosts to support your event.

How do I book?

Start by filling out our [Paint Party Request Form].

We’ll review your details and respond within 24 hours with your booking link, party box options, or a quick phone call if we have any questions.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary depending on group size, location, and project type. We’ll provide a quote once we review your request form.

All pricing includes setup, instruction, and cleanup time — no hidden fees!

Add-on rentals for tents, tables, chairs, and tablecloths are available upon request.

Can I reschedule or cancel my party?

Yes. We understand plans change!

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 72 hours in advance will be honored without penalty.

Please note that the $50 deposit is nonrefundable, even if the event is canceled. Short-notice changes may result in a small restocking or travel fee.

Do you offer virtual parties or paint kits to ship?

Yes! If you’re outside our in-person area, we’ll send you a Paint Party Box with pre-cut stencils, paints, and instructions.

You can even book a live Zoom paint party with one of our Peiloff hosts for your group.
