What to Expect at Your Peiloff Paint Party

Whether you’re hosting a cozy get-together or a big celebration, every Peiloff Paint Party is designed to be fun, easy, and stress-free — no experience required!

💛 Before the Party

Once your event is booked, our team will confirm the details and painting design with you. We’ll also share a quick prep checklist so you know exactly what to expect before we arrive (or before you open your Party Box!).

If you’re hosting a Peiloff-led event, your host will arrive early to set up supplies, cover tables, and get the space ready for your guests.
If you’ve ordered a Party Box, everything you need — stencils, paints, brushes, and instructions — comes neatly packed and ready to go.

🖌️ During the Party

Your Peiloff Host will guide everyone through the painting step by step, using our signature Peiloff stencils to make each design easy and approachable for beginners.

Each hosted party includes:

  • A friendly Peiloff Host to lead the session

  • All painting supplies (stencils, brushes, paints, canvas)

  • Table coverings and aprons

  • Setup and cleanup time

You bring the guests — we bring the creativity!

⏱️ Party Flow

Adult Parties (2 hours total)

  • Setup: 45–60 minutes before start time

  • Guest Arrival: 10–15 minutes grace period to settle in & late arrivals

  • Painting: 1 hour 45 minutes (including intro and wrap-up)

  • Cleanup: 20–30 minutes

Kids Parties (1 hour total)

  • Setup: 30–45 minutes

  • Painting: 45–60 minutes

  • Cleanup: 15–20 minutes

🌿 Optional Add-Ons

Need to host outdoors or create a full party setup?
We offer optional rentals to make your event easy anywhere:

  • Two pop-up tents for shade or outdoor use

  • Two six-foot folding tables

  • Eight folding chairs

🎁 After the Party

Your guests will leave with their own finished painting — a handmade keepsake and a memory to match. We’ll take care of cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the moment.
