Peiloff Kids Paint Party Primary Guardian Agreement

Thank you for hosting a Peiloff Paint Party!

Our goal is to create a fun, creative, and low-pressure environment where children can explore painting in a positive way. To make sure everyone has a great (and safe!) experience, we ask that the primary guardian for each event review and agree to the following terms.

1. Supervision and Safety

  • I understand that Peiloff does not provide childcare or supervision.

  • I agree that I am fully responsible for the children attending the paint party, including their safety and behavior at all times.

  • I will ensure that children are supervised by an adult throughout the event.

2. Behavior and Participation

  • I understand that Peiloff staff or facilitators will not discipline or implement any behavior management strategies.

  • I will help encourage positive participation and manage any behavioral issues that may arise.

  • I understand that children have the best experience when painting alongside a friend or guardian who can offer positive reinforcement and affirmations.

3. Materials and Mess

  • I understand that paint and other materials may stain clothing or surfaces.

  • I accept responsibility for any paint that gets on clothing, skin, furniture, or other property during the event.

  • I acknowledge that paint and materials are non-toxic but not meant for consumption, and I will ensure that no child ingests paint or other supplies.

4. Liability Waiver

 

By signing below, I acknowledge that participation in this activity involves some inherent risks, and I agree to hold harmless Peiloff, its owners, and representatives from any claims arising from injury, damage, or loss during the event.
